Interestingly, most of the other DS9/NEM jackets we would see over the next couple years seemed to have "Sisko variant"-style openings - that is, cut straight vertically with no front angle.

We saw this DS9/NEM jacket front opening style continue into Voyager, as well, as you can see on Brocolli's jacket, which, to us, looks like a recycled O'Brien jacket (see above):

DS9, 7x5 "Chrysalis"

Bashir's jacket(s), however, had front openings that were not vertical, but angled very slightly ...
