Misc. Observations and Errors, part 3

A few bizarre DS9/NEM jackets have popped up over the years which look like they were converted jumpsuits, such as this one:

DS9, 6x2 "Rocks and Shoals"

Note the action pleats on the back, as well as the disproportionate yoke depth of the jacket and the DS9/NEM "captain vest" underneath (as contrasted with the Sisko's on right). Regardless of the vest yoke, though, the jacket yoke appears to be the standard jumpsuit yoke depth, not the jacket's. 

Our guess is that one of Worf's DS9/NEM jumpsuits was converted into a jacket at some point; the neckline looks to us like Worf's, and the auction listing was for a Voyager costume ...
